What to put in your enquiry
The more exactly you describe the journey, the faster and more accurate our answer. Please include:
- Date and times. When you need to be at each place, not just when you want to leave.
- From and to. The place or site names, and any airfield or heliport you already have in mind.
- Passengers and weights. Numbers, and approximate weights for everyone, which decide the aircraft and the fuel.
- Luggage. Soft bags are best; tell us about golf bags, cases or anything unusual.
- Return. Whether you come back the same day, and with how many people.

What happens after you send it
A member of the team reads your enquiry, checks which helicopters are positioned near you and whether your landing sites can be used, and comes back with one answer: the aircraft, the real flying time and the total price. We reply as quickly as we can and the line is open 24 hours, so if the flight is urgent, call us as well as sending the form. Booking and arrival
Once you confirm, we book the aircraft, the landings and any customs notice, and send final details beforehand. On the day, please arrive 10 minutes before departure with photo ID.
